Frequently asked questions

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 3 days ahead. Same-week availability depends on your area.

What happens if something breaks during my event?

Add the $19 damage waiver at checkout and you’re covered for accidental damage. Without the waiver, replacement is charged at cost plus a $25 handling fee.

Can I extend my rental past 4 hours?

Absolutely. Overtime is $25 per hour. Just let us know during your event or at booking.

What if I’m outside the 10-mile delivery radius?

We charge $2 per mile (one way) beyond the 10-mile zone. We’ll confirm the fee before you book.

Do I need my own net?

Yes — the kit includes net lighting but not the net itself. Any standard pickleball or portable net works.

What’s the late return policy?

A $40/day fee applies if the kit isn’t returned or ready for pickup by the scheduled window.
